Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Times

  • International Orders: 7–15 Business Days

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Packaging

All trading cards, collectibles, and accessories are carefully packaged to help protect them during transit.

We use secure packaging materials to minimize the risk of damage during shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

pokecollection is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue whenever possible.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
