Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
  • All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned with the product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used trading card packs
  • Opened sealed boxes or collector products
  • Digital products or gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but it may be eligible for return under this policy.
